Garam Chashma school lifts badminton trophy

A total of 16 teams participated in the event both from upper and lower Chitral with full swing of their interest and support to make the event possible. As there are no resources and lack of an indoor stadium, it was difficult for the organizers and administration of the badminton association to arrange the event. However, the active involvement and supervision of Mr. Hussain, president district football association, and the hard work of Mr. Haji Abdur Rehmat, district sports officer, especially Mr. Shahid Jalal, president district badminton association and his associates, made the event possible. In this tournament, the Garam Chashma Higher Secondary School and Terichmir Model School reached the final. After a tough competition, the Garam Chasma school won the final of this district event. Mr . Sultan Mehmood , the head of HASHO Foundation Chitral, was the chief guest of the tournament , who gave confidence to the members and promised full support for the promotion of the event in future.
