Four members of Pakistani family die in accident in Makkah
MAKKAH: Four family members of a Pakistani army officer lost their lives while he himself was critically injured in the city of Makkah.
Major Arslan was deputed at the Pakistani mission in Qatar. He had taken his family to Makkah to perform Umrah. After performing the religious ritual, he was driving them back to Qatar when his car hit with a trailer in the city.
As a result, Arslan’s mother, wife along with his son and a daughter lost their lives while he himself was critically injured and admitted to the intensive care unit of a hospital in Makkah.
Pakistani Missions in Qatar and Jeddah were coordinating with the Saudi authorities to dispatch the dead bodies to Pakistan.
