CHITRAL: Due to the recent spell of snow throughout the district, roads to a number of sub-valleys were blocked creating hardship for the travelers as well as the residents. Most of the roads have also become sleepy and icy hindering smooth flow of traffic. In a number of localities, people remained stranded amid heavy snow.
