According to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) chairman, Maj Gen (retired) Asghar Nawaz, the floods left 28 people dead. He said 15 of the people killed by the floods were offering Taraveh at the local mosque. Talking to a TV channel, the NDMA chief said 29 houses were fully and 27 were partially damaged
