Barenis, June 8, 2026: A large and spiritually uplifting educational and reformative gathering was held under the auspices of Jamia Taleem-ul-Quran for Girls, Barenis, drawing a significant number of men and women from across the region.
The event was marked by a strong religious atmosphere, where participants benefited from insightful lectures delivered by prominent Islamic scholars focusing on moral training, religious education, and social reform.
The gathering was presided over by the head of the institution, Hazrat Maulana Abdul Rehman. The chief guest, renowned Hadith scholar from Jamia Ashrafia Lahore, Maulana Mufti Fayyaz-ud-Din, delivered a detailed and inspiring address.
He emphasized the importance of Islamic education, moral upbringing of children, the role of women’s religious training, and the preservation of Islamic values in society.
Several distinguished religious scholars and community leaders also attended the event, including Maulana Khaliq-uz-Zaman (Khateeb of the Royal Mosque and principal of Darul Uloom Chitral), Maulana Fath-ul-Bari (Head of Jamia Madrasa-tul-Banat Singoor, Lower Chitral), Maulana Zafar-ud-Din (President of Darul Uloom Rabbania, Drosh), Maulana Amin Ahmad Naqshbandi, Mufti Zameer Ahmad and others.
Scholars from Reshun further enhanced the spiritual and academic significance of the gathering with their participation. They highlighted contemporary religious and moral challenges, the importance of proper youth upbringing, the services of religious seminaries, and the need for broader social reform.
Participants listened attentively to the speeches and expressed their commitment to implementing the guidance of the scholars in their practical lives.
The gathering concluded with appreciation for the educational and training services of Jamia Taleem-ul-Quran for Girls, Barenis, along with special prayers for the institution’s progress, stability, and the uplift of the Muslim Ummah.
