PESHAWAR: All papers of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual examination scheduled for April 18, 19 and 20 have been cancelled in Chitral.
The schedule for the cancelled papers will be announced later.
The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by education minister Faisal Khan Tarakai in Peshawar in the wake of the heavy rain and snowfall in Chitral.
Because of the blockade of roads and landsliding and flooding, schools have already been closed till April 17. The meeting decided that the SSC exams would continue as per schedule in other parts of the province.
