BOONI: After the establishment of the new district, government contractors in Upper Chitral at a meeting formed their own association to work for resolution of their issues.
At a meeting here on Monday, the contractors elected Musa Wali Khan as the first president, Iqbaluddin as general secretary and Masroor Masood as treasurer of the association.
