Chitral, April 6, 2026: A District Emergency Operations Center (DEOC) has been inaugurated at the office of the Deputy Commissioner Upper Chitral, aimed at improving disaster preparedness and response in the region.
The facility has been established through a joint collaboration between the district administration and the Aga Khan Foundation/Aga Khan Agency for Habitat.
