CHITRAL: The district administration of Lower Chitral has launched a grand anti-encroachment operation in Chitral Bazar to remove illegal encroachments and ensure smooth traffic flow.
The operation is being carried out on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Lower Chitral Ehsanullah, under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner General Abdul Salam and Assistant Commissioner Headquarters Adnan Haider Malooki.
During the operation, encroachments were removed from the road, clearing it for vehicular traffic and facilitating the movement of commuters and pedestrians.
According to the district administration, the operation aims to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow, ease public movement and maintain order in the busy commercial area.
The administration said enforcement actions against encroachments would continue to keep roads clear and ensure smooth traffic movement in the bazar.
