Man arrested on charge of stealing motorcycles

CHITRAL: Police here on Monday said they arrested a man on the charge of stealing motorcycles and other valuables from different shops in the area.

The arrest was made during investigation of different theft cases registered with the Chitral city police. The police said they arrested a suspect identified as Behroz Hussain, son of Babar Hussain, a resident of Rehankot.

During interrogation, the suspect confessed to his involvement in thefts and on his pointation a number of motorcycles and other valuables were recovered.

The police said further investigation was underway to trace accomplices of the suspect.–Bashir Hussain Azad
