CHITRAL: After a short respite of a week, different valleys in Chitral were devastated by flash floods after torrential rains in Yarkhoon valley of Upper Chitral and Lot Koh valley of Lower Chitral. A resident of Yarkhoon, Syed Nazir Shah, said that Dubarger, Zhupu, Wasum and Deosar villages in upper Yarkhoon were the worst hit.
