CHITRAL: The streak is over folks, with Chitral waking up to its first significant snowfall of the season on Thursday morning. Upper areas of Chitral, including Khot, Broghil, Mastuj and Gobor valley have received the first snowfall of the season. Following showers and snowfall, the intensity of cold has increased in Chitral and surrounding areas.

CHITRAL: The dead body of a woman was recovered from the river near Junalikoch village of Upper Chitral, Rescue 1122 said on Friday. The emergency service received a call after local spotted the corps. A team from Rescue 1122 Upper Chitral reached the spot and shifted the body to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Booni.
