ISLAMABAD: Sana Yousuf’s bright flame was cruelly snuffed out by a sick, entitled coward in Islamabad and the whole country, especially the people of Chitral burnt with rage.
Sana Yousuf, a beloved 17-year-old TikTok sensation with nearly 800,000 fans, was brutally murdered in her own home by a spineless stalker and walking pile of human rubbish who couldn’t handle rejection of his proposal.
Umer Hayat alias Kaka, 22, a cowardly, delusional predator and a failed TikToker from a backward village of Faisalabad allegedly lurked outside her house like a cockroach before storming in and putting two bullets into her chest over nothing more than a bruised ego. His obsession turned to violence when Sana, like any girl with self-respect, told him to keep away.
“He strolled like a vulture, waiting to strike – and when he didn’t get his way, he murdered her in cold blood,” fumed Islamabad Police Inspector General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.
The murder was not spontaneous. It was premeditated, vile, and fuelled by twisted male entitlement. The monster killer, according to police, had been stalking Sana online for months, seething in the shadows after repeated rejections.
Then, on 2 June, at around 5pm, he struck – waiting outside her house in Islamabad’s G-13/1 sector, then barging in and pulling the trigger.
This was no crime of passion. It was an execution by a gutless narcissist who mistook obsession for affection and rejection for humiliation.
After shooting her, the killer stole her phone – not just to erase evidence, but to rob her of the digital world she built with joy, love, and art.
But the worm didn’t get far. Police pored through 113 CCTV feeds, 37 witness accounts, and 300 phone logs to hunt him down in Faisalabad.
Now this coward in cuffs, this parasitic excuse for a man, will face Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code – and the wrath of a nation demanding justice.
“We’re throwing the book at this monster,” said IGP Rizvi. “Let this be a warning to every freak who thinks he is entitled to a woman’s attention: You will be hunted. And you will pay.”
Sana was more than a TikTok star – she was a beacon of hope, a radiant soul who lit up every screen and every heart she touched.
Her infectious laughter, her kindness, and her fierce independence made her a beloved daughter, a treasured friend, and an inspiration to hundreds of thousands.
She embodied a future full of dreams, creativity, and promise – a future ripped away in the cruelest way.
Her parents, shattered and grieving, stood silent amid the chaos – a mother’s heart broken into a thousand pieces, a father’s protective spirit crushed by the senseless loss of his shining girl.
Their pain is a brutal reminder of the cost of violence, and their courage in this dark hour is a testament to love’s enduring power.
Under Sana’s final post – a birthday cake, a smile, a young woman on the cusp of everything – the world has come together to mourn. Fans pour out their hearts: “Justice for Sana,” “We will not forget you,” “Your light lives on.”
Sana was light. She was promise. She was everything this snivelling murderer could never be: beloved, respected, admired.
The murderer is a disgrace – a glaring example of toxic masculinity. His name deserves to be remembered with nothing but spit and scorn.
