CHITRAL: Residents of Ghazhal village of Lotkoh in Lower Chitral have appealed to the chief minister and the inspector general of police to reclaim their property, allegedly seized by several influential people.
Speaking at a press conference, Muhammad Hussain, Ghulam Sarwar, Sultan Khan, Ziaullah, Ali Dad Khan, Sanaullah, Wazir Khan, Ikramullah, Ilyas Khan and Hayat Khan alleged that Taimur Khisro, former accountant general of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and his brother Hidayat Khisro used their influence to occupy their ancestral lands.
The residents claimed that Hidayat Khisro, with the help of Afghan refugees, forcibly demolished two rooms and took belongings with them, but later police ignored their complaint.
