BOONI: Three persons, including a woman, lost their lives and two others were critically injured in a road traffic accident near Parwak on Saturday.
According to Rescue 1122 Upper Chitral, a Potahar jeep was going to Ghoru village near Parkusap from Booni carrying five people when the accident occurred at Ruroom.
Three persons died on the spot, said the emergency service.
The two injured have been shifted to the THQ hospital in Booni in critical condition.
Sources told ChitralToday that Mubarak Ali Shah from Ghoru village was returning home after treatment of his wife in Booni when they met with the accident.
The wife of Mr Shah passed away but the identity of the two other deceased is not yet confirmed.

Rescue 1122 well done. There are only 2 competent departments of govt working for the citizens without any delay.
