BOONI: Memhood Ghaznavi has been appointed as the new district education officer (DEO) of Upper Chitral in place of Zulfiqarul Mulk, who has been transferred to Mardan.
Mr Ghaznavi was earlier working as the deputy district education officer in Upper Chitral, said a notification issued by the provincial government.
Ghaznavi will surely prove his metal by putting the wrongs on the right track. Congratulations to him.
