CHITRAL: The Agriculture Extension Department of Upper Chitral organised a one-day training session for farmers in Booni, focusing on modern farming techniques, improved crop production and agricultural development.
During the programme, experts provided farmers with practical information and technical guidance on modern cultivation methods, improving crop yields and adopting better agricultural practices.
Addressing the closing ceremony, Additional Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Anwar welcomed the initiative and said such training programmes would help farmers gain awareness of modern agricultural techniques and contribute to increasing productivity.
He expressed hope that participants would apply the knowledge and skills gained during the session to improve their farming activities and strengthen agricultural development in the region.
