Peshawar, Match 20, 2026: Arrangements for the upcoming SSC (matric) annual exams, starting from March 31, were finalized in a meeting chaired by Provincial Minister Arshad Ayub Khan.
The meeting was attended online by Secretary of Primary and Secondary Education Muhammad Khalid, Special Secretary Iftikhar Ali Khan and chairpersons of all district boards across the province.
Minister Arshad Ayub directed that students must be provided with all essential facilities during the exams. He instructed each board to establish a complaint portal in their districts to address public grievances, while a control room at the Secretary’s office will ensure immediate resolution of any issues.
Board chairpersons briefed the minister on exam preparations and transparency measures. The exams will be conducted under a 100% transparent system, using modern software for e-papers and e-marking, with full security arrangements in sensitive examination halls.
Strict measures will be in place to prevent cheating, including a complete ban on mobile phones, and inspection teams will monitor exam halls.
