CHITRAL: A youth was arrested by Lower Chitral police after a video showing him doing wheelie went viral on social media.
Taking notice, the district police officer Nasir Mehmood directed the police to take action against the youth.
The City police later traced the bike rider and arrested him. He was identified as Misbahuddin, son of Habibullah, a resident of Gazandeh, Denin, said the police in a statement. The police warned that strict action would be taken against anyone found driving bike without helmet or doing wheelie.
It may be noted that underage motorcycle drivers and those without licence have become a nuisance for people in both Lower and Upper Chitral, resulting in many fatal accidents.
Good action by the police, why put yourself in peril when there are no roads.
