Chitral Day to be observed at UoC on Dec 3

CHITRAL: The University of Chitral (UoC) has planned to observe Chitral Day (Chetraro Anoos) on December 3 aimed at celebrating and appreciating the cultural diversity of Chitral.

According to a press release, the directorate of student societies and the department of management sciences will jointly organize the event.

Students have been asked to come to the university on that day wearing  their peculiar culture dresses.

Experts and literary figures will highlight the cultural significance and diversity of Chitral while traditional delicacies, cuisines and handicraft will be displayed in stalls on the campus.
