Thousands attend Eidul Azha prayers across Chitral

CHITRAL: Thousands of people attended Eidul Azha prayers in mosques, jamatkhanas and open spaces across Chitral on Monday.

The biggest congregation was held at Eidgah in Ayun in which people from Ayun, Broz, Bumburate, Syedabad, Gahiret and Orghoch participated.

Molana Kamaluddin led the prayers and highlighted the significance of Eidul Azha.

In Upper Chitral, major congregations were held at Jamia Masjid and central jamatkhana Booni.

Religious leaders on the occasion prayed for the unity of the Muslims around the world and prosperity of Pakistan.
