After KP's refusal, federal govt decides to fully fund Chitral's road projects

ISLAMABAD, March 24: The federal government has approved 100 per cent financing of Rs3.42 billion for the construction of the Booni-Torkhow and Booni-Shandur roads. The offer from the federal government came on the request of MNA Shahzada Iftikhar Uddin following the KP government’s refusal to share 30 per cent of the cost of the two key road projects in Chitral. Process of request for the proposals (RFP) by the consultancy firms and tendering process, including short-listing of companies will start shortly, said the MNA. ]]>
