Four killed as jeep falls into ravine in Torkhow

CHITRAL, March 29: Four persons died and four others injured in a road accident in Raeen village of Torkhow valley. According to Shamsher Elahi, the SHO police station Torkhow, a passenger jeep (RIP 5198) carrying some eight passengers was going from Milp to Raeen. When the jeep reached near Raeen village crossing, a narrow portion of the road, it fell into a deep ravine. As a result, four persons including the driver died on the spot and the four others injured. The deceased were identified as Noroz Khan, son of Massar Khan; Mumtaz, son of Ali Murad; Ali Panah, son of Gohar Khan, and driver Ubaidullah, son of Sultan nickname Jano Yar Khan. Sher Afzal, Rahmadullah, Ahmad Zareen and Rahmat Wazir were injured in the accident. The injured were shifted to the rural health center at Shahgram.]]>
