Village festival organized

Booni, April 28: The people of Booni celebrated an annual festival at the scenic village of Shipishum on Sunday. The event at the high altitude valley was organized by the residents of Qasiman Deh in Booni Gol. A large number of people from Booni and other areas attended the event. There were matches of football, cricket and Chitral’s traditional hockey. In the traditional hockey match, elders of the area defeated school students’ team.
