The DCO Chitral has been accused by locals lastly of building his private set-up there. As for Maghfirat Shah is concerned, he has been found guilty by the law and the DCO has nothing to do with that. Jamaat-e-Islami Chitral is doing a great wrong by siding with him. Jamaat-i-Islami is damaging its reputation.
