CHITRAL, Jan 21: The DSL and PTCL services have again developed faults in Chitral and are not working for the two weeks. As a result, people her are facing problems because there is no other source of communication available for them. They cannot dial any number outside Chitral and their business is badly affected. As the main road to Chitral has been blocked at Lowari Pass and the under-construction tunnel also remains closed for four days a week, people here are unable to continue their routine life. Students of online universities are the worst affected as they unable to complete their assignments.
