CHITRAL: A function was held at Govt Degree College Chitral to celebrate the independence day of Pakistan
Chief guest Professor Israruddin and chairperson of the event Maulana Muhammad Ashraf shed light on the importance of the day, says a press release.
Principal Masood Ahmad khan welcomed the guests and highlighted the present performance of students and hard work of the teachers. Professor Israruddin highlighted the history of struggle for Pakistan. Maulana Ashraf explained the various events of Pakistan independence in a great detail.
On this occasion, both students and teachers participated in various events and items of the programme. At the end, special prayers were offered for the security and prosperity of the country by all the participants.
