Hindukush Express Set to Open Chitral–Mastuj Route

Staff Correspondent

Chitral, June 23, 2026: Hindukush Express has announced the launch of a new comfortable coach service on the Chitral–Mastuj–Chitral route, aimed at improving travel convenience for passengers in the area.

The service will be linked with the company’s daily Yutong bus operations running to and from Islamabad and Peshawar, allowing coordinated arrival and departure timings for smoother transit connections to remote areas of Upper Chitral.

According to the announcement, brief stopovers will be made at Booni during both legs of the journey to facilitate passengers.

The company has also confirmed that dedicated staff and a comfortable waiting lounge will be available at its Chitral bus terminal to assist transit travelers.

The introduction of the Mastuj service is expected to significantly improve travel comfort for residents who have long depended on poorly maintained public transport vans and jeeps.

Hindukush Express is the first decent transport service introduced by former PIA Captain Shahzada Siraj Ulmulk for the ease of Chitralis travelling to and from major cities such as Peshawar and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Timely departure and arrival are its trademark.

Hindukush Express stated that providing safe, reliable, and comfortable travel services remains its core commitment, which will continue with the introduction of this new route.
