CHITRAL: A tragic firing incident took place in the Damel Sarigal area of Lower Chitral, reportedly due to a domestic dispute, leaving one young man dead and a girl injured.
According to initial reports, Hamidullah, son of Qayum, opened fire and killed his cousin, Komail, son of Hazrat Wali. His own sister, Amina, daughter of Qayum Khan, was ainjured in the incident.
Komail died on the spot due to gunshot wounds, while the injured Amina was shifted to the THQ Hospital Drosh through a Rescue 1122 ambulance for medical treatment.
The body of the deceased was later moved to THQ Hospital Drosh for postmortem examination. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
