Drosh, Sept 19, 2025: A tragic road accident occurred on Friday evening when two motorcycles collided head-on near the Rescue office at Kotgar Gol, Drosh, resulting in the death of one young man and injuries to three others.
According to local sources, the motorcyclists involved in the collision were identified as Sarir, a resident of Katurdam Drosh, Shoaib from Bakrabad Chitral, Zaheeb from Jughur Chitral, and Kamran from Chekdam. All four sustained serious injuries in the accident.
They were immediately shifted to the THQ Hospital Drosh for medical treatment. However, despite the efforts of doctors, Kamran succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. The other three youths — Sarir, Shoaib, and Zaheeb — are undergoing treatment at the hospital, where their condition is being monitored.
Police and rescue officials reached the accident site soon after the collision and assisted in shifting the injured to the hospital. The tragic incident has caused grief among the local community.
