ETEA Conducts First Teacher Recruitment Test in Booni

BOONI: The Education Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) held its first-ever recruitment test for teaching positions in Upper Chitral.

Over 4,000 candidates appeared in three separate sessions. Deputy Commissioner Haseeb-ur-Rehman Khan Khalil and Additional Assistant Commissioner Azra Bibi monitored the process.

The administration claimed that it conducted the test in a transparent and organized manner. Candidates thanked the provincial government, ETEA, and district officials for holding the test locally.

They said it reduced travel, saved money, and avoided risks linked to poor roads. Previously, candidates had to travel to Lower Chitral for such exams.

This step improved access and eased hardships for residents of remote areas.
