Class 5th student dies after drowning in pond

BREP: A class 5th student passed away after drowning in a pond near Brep on Wednesday.

Zain Sultan, son of Shagush Ali of Atalaghandeh, had gone to the Shotar along river Yarkhun with his friend for swimming.

A resident of Thurjal locality noticed a group of children crying near a pond and rushed to the spot where they told him that their friend had drowned in the water.

The local people gathered and recovered the boy from the pond, but by then he had passed away. The deceased was the only son of his parents and brother of five sisters.

The residents of the whole area are in shock over the tragic death and prayed to Almighty Allah to give strength to the parents and sisters of the boy to bear the loss of their loved one.–Karam Ali Saadi
