AKU announces to hold entry test again
KARACHI: The Aga Khan University (AKU) on Tuesday announced that it will conduct entry test again for its MBBS program 2024 following complaints from students who appeared in the initial test held on Sunday (Aug 6).
This marks the first instance in the university’s history where a test is being retaken due to concerns raised by students.
According to the university’s website, the entry test was initially held on Sunday. The website states that Aga Khan University is aware of the ongoing discussions regarding the annual entry test for its MBBS program scheduled to take place at the Medical College in Pakistan on August 6.
“To uphold our commitment to fairness and academic excellence, the Aga Khan University has decided to redo the entrance test for the MBBS program, 2023-2024 academic year. The revised entry test is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 19, 2023. Further details will be communicated to the candidates from the AKU Admissions Office,” the notification issued by the university read.
