Chitrali boy goes missing in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: A teenage boy from Karimabad valley of Chitral has gone missing from his home located in the rural area of Islamabad.

The relatives of Hanif Aziz, 16, son of retired Subedar Aziz Khan, a resident of Chitrali Mohalla in Alipur Islamabad, told ChitralToday that the boy left the house at about 6pm on May 1 after he was scolded by someone in the family over a minor issue.

Shahzad Town police have registered a case on the complaint of the boy’s elder brother and are trying to locate the boy through the help of close circuit TV cameras.

However, the police could not make any progress, adding to the woes of the relatives.

The parents have also appealed to the people of Chitral through the social to help locate the boy and end their agony.
