Three Chitral Scouts personnel martyred in accident

MASTUJ: Three personnel of Chitral Scouts embraced martyrdom when their double cabin fell into a ravine near Mastuj bridge on Friday.

The double cabin carrying five Scouts personnel was coming to Mastuj when it met with the accident at a hillock near Kruideri.

Two persons were also injured in the accident, one of them is in critical condition.

The Chitral Scouts personnel were attached with the Frontier Corps Public School (FCPS) Chitral.

An official in the Mastuj police station told ChitralToday that the martyred were: Mr Saeed Rehman, vice principal of the FCPS and a resident of Ursoon; Hafiz Ullah from Mirkhani and Lance Naik Rashidul Hassan from Torkhow.

He identified the injured as Samiullah from Arandu and Ibrahim, an education officer, whose native area could not be ascertained.

  1. My heart became heavy to hear the tragic accident at Kruidar where Mr Saeed Rahman along with his staffs embraced martyrdom.Saeed Rahman was very talented and devoted person.May all the departed soul test in peace and the injured recover very soon.
