Missing man’s decomposed body recovered from dry nullah
AYUN: The decomposed body of the young man belonging to Muldeh, Ayun, who went missing about four days ago, was recovered from a nullah near Kesu on Wednesday.
Zakir Ahmed, son of Mian Gul, had gone to Kesu to meet relatives after Eidul Fitr but went missing.
The police handed over the body to the relatives after an examination at the tehsil headquarters hospital Drosh. The police said the body bore marks of severe torture.
Sources told ChitralToday that acid was also thrown on the body and the face of the victim was burnt beyond recognition.
The deceased, father of two, worked as a welder near Goldur in Chitral town.
The relatives of the victim said they had no enmity with anyone and appealed to the police to trace the killers and punish them.
