CHITRAL: A free medical camp was organized by Chitral Scouts and the army in Arandu.
A press release said 621 people, including women, were examined by doctors from the army and the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Chitral and provided free of cost medicines.
Chitral Scouts Commandant Col Moinuddin visited the camp and also met local people. He assured them that the army and Chitral Scouts would make all-out efforts to resolve their problems.
Col Moin also visited a number of projects such as construction of classrooms in different schools in the area by SRSP.
A women vocational centre was also inaugurated in Arandu on the occasion.
