Day & night time opening schedule for tunnel

Day time: 10:30 A M to 01:30 PM (03 hours) Night Time: 08 PM to 05 AM (09 hours). Traffic will be allowed from one side only at a time. The speed limits inside the tunnel is 40 kilometers. Only passenger vehicles will cross tunnel during day time and goods transport/heavy vehicles will be allowed during night time. The tunnel cannot be made available for public facilitation round the clock as some of the work is yet to be completed, therefore all stakeholders are requested to strictly follow the above mentioned timings, while crossing the tunnel, said the DC office.]]>
