The awards were handed to 45 talented Chitrali students studying in different educational institutions in Peshawar and Chitrali professors who did PhDs in the year 2014. A large number of people from different walks of life along with students and teachers attended the programme in which former Peshawar University Vice Chancellor and ex-chairman of Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) retired Gen Mumtaz Gul was the chief guest. Muhammad Abdullah Gul, the chairman of the Tehreek Jawanan-e-Pakistan, presided over the event.

Thanks, You did not mention the name of one of the recipients, Rahmat Aziz Chitrali, who is self-imposed and self-styled and so-called linguist, computer programer and what not (according to him). I wonder why this gentleman has been chosen for the award who has nothing in his credit to get it. I know the gentleman from very close quarters who is very fond of self aggrandizement for which he had developed a craze. such people should not be encouraged in the society.
