Pakistan’s envoy vows to further enhance ties with Kuwait

KUWAIT, Oct 1: Career diplomat from Chitral and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Muhammad Aslam Khan, presented  the letter of credence to the Amir of the state at a ceremony.

According to a press release issued form the Pakistan embassy in Kuwait, the audience with the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jabar Al-Sabah, preceded by a formal guard of honour.

The Amir was pleased to receive the ambassador  with warm and affection keeping with the tradition of the close and cordial relations between the two countries. He also congratulated the ambassador for his new and important assignment.

The Amir also discussed with the ambassador a broad range of issues to broaden the relations with Pakistan. The ambassador on the occasion conveyed to the Kuwaiti Amir the best wishes form the government and people of Pakistan and said he would be working to further enhance the cordial relations between the two countries.
