Political interference in education dept of Chitral

Through the online Chitral Today, I want to point out some problems which are slowly and gradually increasing in Chitral as regard to the education department. First of all, we see two sectors of education in Chitral – public and government. There are energetic teachers and strong administration departments all over. The literacy rate is also approximately greater in Chitral than other districts. My main emphasis is to draw the attention of the PTI government towards political interference in education department of Chitral. A few days back, I heard from a strong source in the education department that the tigers of ISF (Insaf Student Federation) visited the education department and met the EDO (female) and told her to do certain modifications/changes in the posting and transfer of employees (teachers). This news disheartened different education associations and people as well. These changes should be in the hands of the EDO and changes be made according to the merit, completion of time, and be free from politics.
