SC rejects Ghulam Muhammad's plea against tribunal verdict

ISLAMABAD, Dec 22: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has rejected an application filed by suspended MPA Ghulam Muhammad against the election tribunal’s decision. On the direction of the election tribunal, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has suspended the MPA and is to hold re-election in seven polling stations of upper Chitral (PK-90). Ghulam Muhammad filed an application against the tribunal verdict but the Supreme Court registrar office returned it terming it not maintainable.]]>
