Dengue patient sent home

CHITRAL, Oct 4: The female dengue patient admitted to the DHQ hospital Chitral five days back was discharged after recovery on Friday. Medical Superintendent of DHQ hospital Dr. Noorul Islam said the patient had been admitted to the hospital after her test for the dengue virus was found positive. He said that all the parameters of the disease of the patient had turned normal and she had lost all the symptoms of dengue fever after which she was discharged. He said that the sixteen-year old patient from Mroi village was married in Mingora and had returned to her home 10 days ago. With the discharge of the patient, the number of dengue fever patient in the district has dropped to zero again, he said.–Zahiruddin  ]]>
