Rain & snowfall in Chitral

CHITRAL, Dec 28: Like many other parts of the country, Chitral also received heavy rains with snowfall in upper parts of the valley. According to Met Office, 19 milimetres of rainfall was recorded in Chitral on Friday. The forecast said there would be more rains in the coming days. Reports said that upper valleys of Chitral have received snowfall and were in the grip of severe cold. Meanwhile, a large number of people remained stranded in Chitral, upper Dir and Peshawar due to the rains and snowfall.]]>
