CHITRAL: Inspector Sultan Baig alias Dabang lost his life in a road accident at Bilphok on Tuesday. He was 58. The former SHO was going to his home village coming of Hinjeel in Karimabad valley in his Jimny jeep when he met with the accident at Bilphok. His niece, who was accompanying him, was injured.

CHITRAL: Educationist Prof Dr Muhammad Nasir Uddin of Werkhop passed away in Madina, Saudi Arabia, where he had gone to perform Umra. He was laid to rest in Janatul Baqi near the mosque of holy prophet Muhammad. Dr Nasir had proceeded on Umra along with his family a few days ago. –Nazir Hussain
DROSH: The newly-elected general secretary of Drosh Bar Association, Advocate Taj Uddin, passed away due to a cardiac failure on Sunday afternoon. Mr Taj complained of a chest pain and was taken to the district headquarters hospital Drosh where he passed away. His funeral will be held at 10am on Monday at the Drosh Junali.
