CHITRAL: School buses in Chitral were fined by traffic police overloading. The buses belonged to private as well as public sector schools and colleges. An official of the traffic police said the Private School Regulatory Authority (PSRA) had sent a letter to the police for taking action against any school and college vehicle found overloading.
