CHITRAL: Gul Farzana, assistant subdivisional district officer Booni, has been promoted and made the subdivisional education officer (SDEO) of Mulkhow/Torkhow, upper Chitral. She has been associated with the education department since 2005. She joined the department as SET  through the Public Service Commission and in 2011 qualified for the post of assistant district education officer.
