CHITRAL: The first local case of dengue fever has been reported in the district of Lower Chitral. Aftab Alam, 19, was brought to the DHQ hospital from a village in Lotkoh with high grade fever and other symptoms of dengue. Doctors at the hospital carried out lab tests that confirmed he was a dengue case.
