BOONI, Oct 14: A farewell party was arranged for outgoing Assistant Commissioner Mastuj Minhas Uddin here on Wednesday.
After completing his tenure, Mr Minhas has been transferred from upper Chitral to Peshawar.
The function was attended by notables of Booni along with officials of the government departments and civil society organizations.
Speaking on the occasion, former MPA Ghulam Muhammad, member District Council Sardar Hakim, Dr Karim, Zafar Ullah Parwaz, Shah Mansoor and others paid tributes to the outgoing AC for his services for the people of the area.

It is indeed a shocking news for upper Chitral to say good bye to such a decent, polite and cooperative administrator, who has given a new direction to the civil bureaucracy in terms of performance for the betterment of the public without any discrimination.
Mr.Minhasuddin has set an example for showing himself as a true civil service man inspite of all potentials and bureaucratic powers which he always kept in second line while promoting human values always the first weapon to win the hearts and minds of people.
This is what should be the spirit, motive and standards of a patriotic and true sense competitive civil service officer which puts great impact on state matters and upon the mindsets of a nation, towards a honorable, dignified and progressive leadership.

I have never personally been to the office of this bureaucrat turned gentleman but having seen him performing during his tenure in Buni office I developed high respect for his gentle demeanor. He is truly a model for others to follow. I wish him all success in his career.
People of Mastuj are proud of him for his excellent dealing & behavior with people. He has been found very regular and responsive to the callers. Such persons are no doubt strength of Chitral with honor and respect bringers to Chitral and to the people of Chitral. Where ever he is and posted our prayers are with him and hope that he would all the time take care as much as possible for the development of Chitral and the people of Chitral.

The transfer of the EX- ACO Minhasuddin sahab is a big loss for the people of Mastuj division because the sincere and dedicated young officer was sent to another post from the post of ACO Mastuj.I had to meet him as a sincere friend in his office and rest house at Booni but could not meet him for a moment to salam him during my these last 5 years study in China due to his busy performance and sincerity with the people of Mastuj in his post.He never stayed in one place and always listened the appeals and requests about the local communities and solved the problems as soon as possible.To eschew this man from his position is like the closing of the doors of education and development in the local area of Mastuj, because he was always present in every educational and developmental activities as a first and last participant as a responsible officer.He knew well his responsibilities. He.He created the harmony and balance among the institutions in upper Chitral. No matter wherever he goes the veneration will be with him,this is the mortal universe here the up and down is a part of the history and happen with those who are sincere with their Allah,job,and services. ACO sahab your aesthetic services will be reminded by the people of Mastuj.
