BOONI: While work is underway to repair the old Gohkir road to restore traffic on Chitral-Mastuj road, the reconstruction of the eroded road has also been launched at Shader Reshun.
Social activist Pervez Lal from Booni said that the blocked road was expected to reopen at Shader in a couple of days.
The road was eroded away by the river along with houses and land two years ago. The district administration then used local people\’s land to pass through the road.
This due to negligence of the government departments, the river again washed away the remaining land along with the road at Shader.
